Questions

Questions about the plan

How does a plan work?

You choose a rhythm: once a month, every other week or every week. We hold the same day and time for you and book your next visit before you leave.

What if I can't make a visit?

Move it with 24 hours' notice and it keeps its place in the plan. An unused visit carries over, within the term of your plan.

Do I need a plan?

No. Every look on the menu can be booked as a single visit.

Can I choose my stylist?

Yes. Each stylist is booked by name, and we can match you to one by your hair texture and the look you want.

Do you blow-dry curly and coily hair?

Yes. Curl blow-dries, diffused curls and silk presses are on the menu, each with its minutes.

What does a visit cost?

Prices show on the booking page, once you choose a look or a plan and a stylist. They follow the look, the minutes and your hair.
