What to know before you book, written plainly.
Booking and deposits
Book online or call. A single blowout takes no deposit. A plan is set up on the booking page, and we confirm every visit by text or email.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a visit. On a plan, a moved visit keeps its place. If you are running late, call us and we will fit in what we can.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without notice, it counts as used on a plan. For a single visit, we may ask you to confirm your next booking by phone.
Children and companions
We style guests aged 10 and older. For anyone younger, please call us first. A quiet companion is welcome to wait with you.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days of your visit and we will make it right.
Tipping
Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can tip your stylist at the desk or in cash.
Before your visit
Come as you are: we wash and dry at every visit. For a first visit, arrive five minutes early and bring a photo of the look you like.
